- the packaging is fully intact.
Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality
- this is a product that has defects.
- It cannot be eliminated at all;
- its elimination requires more than 14 days;
- it makes the product significantly different from what was intended.
Returns are made through Nova Poshta offices

2. Gather everything you need in a parcel, assemble the goods in a complete set (goods supplied in a set must also be returned in a set);
3. Enclose copies of payment documents confirming payment for the goods, in case of electronic payment, send a check to the following address: yistyksnack@gmail.com with a description of the problem;
4. Send to the address:

If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a service center report (if necessary, entering the specifics of the product, such as headphones, cameras, phones) stating that the operating conditions have not been violated.
Refund for the return of goods: If the product meets the above return conditions, the money will be returned to the buyer's bank account (card) within 3 business days.
