Receiving and reviewing your order

To receive your order, you must have an identity document with you. The recipient's details must match the details provided when placing the order. Please note! Upon receipt of the order, you have the right and obligation to fully check the integrity of the goods, the absence of defects, completeness, appearance, and compliance with the order. This also applies if the delivery is made by courier.

What to pay special attention to:
If you find any damage, defects, incomplete contents, or discrepancies in your order, you must refuse to accept it, indicating the reason for refusal and the defect found (if any) in the return request.

If you did not check the goods at the post office or in the presence of the courier upon receipt and subsequently decide to return them, citing external damage and defects: damaged packaging, non-compliance, or other defects for which it is impossible to establish the cause and time of occurrence, the return of the goods may be refused.
